ALTAIR ISRAEL is expending and looking for Sales Account Manager covering our technology account s in semiconductor, high-tech and electronics verticals. Job Summary:
As a Sales Account Manager at Altair Israel , you will part of the local and global s ales organization, selling Altair’s HPC (High Performance Computing) Solutions, Data-Analytics and Simulations solutions, to Technology, Semiconductor and Electronics & high-tech organizations.
The Account Manager is responsible for selling and promoting all Altair products and supports services to customers appropriately and effectively to demonstrate Altair’s value add proposition to customers, whilst actively seeking business. As part of the Altair team, you will collaborate closely with all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience with Altair. The Account Manager will be capable of using approach to build strong relationships and enhancing Altair’s unique position in the market.
In this position you will report to the Israel and South-Africa Country Manager and operates in these regions.
What you will do in your role:
Drive sales through a variety of channels to achieve targets while identifying, prospecting, and hunting new opportunities.
Defining Accounts Plans and go-to-market strategies based on the territory.
Managing existing accounts and expanding Altair’s portfolio .
Managing complex sales cycles and coordinating with the SDRs, Marketing, sales and technical departments in order to propose appropriate solutions with high added value for our customers .
Conduct market & territory research on targeted accounts, verticals, competition and more .
Negotiate and close long-term agreements with enterprise account
Capture, maintain, and expand the customers and prospect database using a CRM system
Cover local and global markets, in multi-language and cultural diversity
What skills and experience you will need to be successful in this role:
Basics:
Be a People Person!
3-5 years of software sales experience . 3 years selling to enterprise accounts .
Demonstrated knowledge of strategic/large account sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases and negotiate & close deals .
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
Proven ability to close large complex enterprise deals across multiple business lines and divisions
A team player, highly energetic, self-motivated, confident and results oriented
Sales mindset, Data driven, Not afraid of challenges and eager to prove yourself against sales metrics.
Coachable and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
Honest, accountable, assertive, systematic & results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation – Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English
Proficient with CRM automation tools such as Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or a higher education in engineering (Electrical preferred) or Data Science
